Q1. Could you start by giving us a brief overview of your professional background, particularly focusing on your expertise in the industry?

I’m a mechanical engineer by profession, which is what I studied for my bachelor’s and master’s. Upon graduating, I got into an internship with Boeing, during which I was offered to extend my relationship with the company through a Boeing-funded PhD in Machine Learning. This is how I got into the AI industry, and since then, I have been working as a product manager throughout different industries, primarily aviation. I’ve since added another Boeing-partnered management degree from the Durham, UK university.

My experience is particularly in building SaaS services in aviation, namely data and insights services that can serve multiple use cases throughout airline processes.

Q2. What are some efficient strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or service levels in the Aviation industry?

This question is arguably very high-level and could have multiple responses from any operational aspect of an airline’s business.
