In search of a perfect breakfast.
From childhood, I have heard that certain breakfast is superb, and some are not good for your health. Every culture praises their food especially consider certain breakfasts as a superfood. However, the conviction of having less carb more protein is the modern concept of superfood with good protein and other essential minerals/ vitamins.
Tried different things from childhood like idli dosa, poha, bread/toast, paratha, sausages, boiled vegetables, gruel … the list keeps going and every province has its own delicacy to speak on and all food are tasty and nice.
This search is on and now I am under rejuvenation. when I met a palio expert and he advised going with two boiled eggs in the breakfast. initially, it was like medicine, I was not comfortable, but it never made me happy. the taste was not so attractive, or it did not give the feeling that I had some breakfast. After two months of regular consumption, I could see the drastic change in my body weight, reduction in triglyceride and while travelling it helped me not to get confused with any other cuisine as the egg is universal.
