Q1. Could you start by giving us a brief overview of your professional background, particularly focusing on your expertise in the industry?
I have served as a senior executive in the IT industry with an experience spanning more than two decades. I have held key leadership positions in technology, business development, and operations roles. I am currently serving as a senior client partner with Sutherland, a well-known digital business services firm. I have managed large digital transformation programs such as cloud migration, S/4 HANA implementation, DevSecOps pipeline design and management, and data warehousing. I have worked with clients in the US and Europe. I have extensive expertise in providing solutions to customer RFP/RFI's and engaging in the sales process from commercial modelling through customer negotiations and contracting. I have led large teams with up to 300 members. Revenue forecasting, P/L management, resource optimization, and cost monitoring have all been my forte when delivering large programs or designing solutions.
I am well attuned to the latest changes in technology and I am a hands-on leader. I have been at the forefront of turning my current organization into an AI-first, Cloud-first company.
