Q1. Could you start by giving us a brief overview of your professional background, particularly focusing on your expertise in the industry?
I have overall about 32 years of experience in the IT industry. After graduating from IT-BHU in Computer Science in 1994, I worked with multiple global IT giants like TCS, Infosys, Keane, and HCL Technologies for the first 18–19 years of my career.
During my initial years, I worked across various domains and was responsible for software engineering roles up to tech manager level, building products in healthcare and fintech, which were my primary focus areas in the beginning.
From 2012 onwards, I shifted towards product engineering and took over complete technology strategy and end-to-end product engineering roles. That journey started when I launched my own startup, Impulsar Infotech, in 2013.
After that, I joined Comviva, which is a fintech-specialized multinational global SaaS company, where I was heading engineering and technology. Later, I joined RateGain, a global travel SaaS company, where again I was leading end-to-end technology strategy and product engineering.
